On September 10th, the application attempted 60 connections in 51 minutes. None were successful: the exit server never returns its address to it, it gives up after 20 seconds, cuts the traffic, and starts over. At the same time, your phone was talking to our servers in HTTPS without any issues. Your network allows the rest through and kills the tunnel.
Version 1.1.28 was supposed to switch to TCP after two dropped sessions. With you, no session starts, so nothing triggers this switch. No recent version could help you, and I recommended one to you anyway.
We are fixing the engine: it will give up in 6 seconds instead of 20, it will count these failures, and it will try TCP immediately. I will notify you here as soon as the version is released.
Two things would help us. You are currently outside of Russia: initiate a connection from where you are and tell us if it holds. And tell us which Amnezia protocol works for you, AmneziaWG, VLESS, or Reality.
