Sign in with your Warren app: no email, no password, no IP
Welcome. This forum is where you get support and talk with the Warren
community. It is built to respect the same no-log promise as the app.
How sign-in works. You never create a password or give an email. When
you sign in, the Warren app proves control of your wallet key by signing a
one-time challenge (Ed25519). That is all.
Your public identity here is an opaque handle (like w2vym…). It is
derived from your key with a keyed HMAC: nobody can turn your handle back
into your wallet address, and it cannot be correlated with your Warren
account by anyone reading the forum.
The forum never sees your IP. The reverse proxy in front of Discourse
replaces the forwarded address with the fixed placeholder 0.0.0.0 before
any request reaches the forum, so 0.0.0.0 is literally what is stored for
every account, including at sign-up. Access logs are off on the forum.
What Warren support can do. Only our sign-in service, server-side, can
map your handle to your account, so we can help you when you send a private
message to @support. That link is private, access-controlled, and never public.

Please do not post your own wb… wallet address publicly: it would undo the
unlinkability the handle gives you.
